⚔️ General Rules
- This tournament is open to all — online and offline participants. No college restriction.
- Each BGMI squad consists of 4 main players + 1 substitute. All players must be registered before the tournament begins.
- Free Fire is a solo event. Each participant registers individually.
- Team entry fee is ₹100 per squad (BGMI) or ₹30 per player (Free Fire), payable via UPI. Registration is confirmed only after payment is verified by the admin.
- Players must use their registered Game UID and In-Game Name (IGN) throughout the tournament. Using any other account will result in immediate disqualification.
- Match room ID and password will be shared on the live display and WhatsApp before each match starts.
- Teams must join the room within 5 minutes of room details being shared. Failure to join in time may result in disqualification at the admin's discretion.
- A minimum of 2 matches will be played per game. The exact number of matches is at the organizer's discretion based on time and participation.
- The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any match due to technical issues, insufficient participants, or force majeure.
🏠 Offline Players (On Campus)
- Players present at Zakir Husain Delhi College campus play in front of organizers — no video verification is required.
- Offline players must bring their own fully charged device (phone/tablet) and ensure it is game-ready before the match starts.
- Stable internet connectivity is the player's own responsibility. Disconnection or lag is not grounds for a rematch.
- Any technical issue must be reported to the admin before the match begins. No complaints will be entertained mid-match or after results are published.
📱 Online / Remote Players
- Online players are allowed but are subject to mandatory anti-cheat verification at any point during the tournament — before, during, or after any match.
- 🔴 Mandatory Screen Recording: All online players MUST record their entire match screen from the moment the lobby starts until the end-game results screen. This is non-negotiable and must be started before joining the room.
- 📹 Secondary Device (VOD): In addition to screen recording, each online player must set up a secondary device (second phone/tablet) to record the primary device's screen from start to finish. This "Video on Demand" must capture the full game screen clearly without obstruction throughout the entire match.
- Upon admin demand, your team has exactly 60 to 80 seconds to send the requested verification video clip. The timer starts the moment the demand is made. No extensions. No exceptions.
- The verification video must be sent personally via WhatsApp directly to the tournament admin. Group chats or other platforms are not accepted.
- Failure to send within 80 seconds = immediate team disqualification. No appeals. No rescheduling. No exceptions whatsoever.
- Zero excuses accepted — "battery died," "no second device," "didn't start recording," "bad network," "forgot" — all invalid. Set up everything BEFORE the match starts.
- The screen recording and secondary device video must clearly show: the full game interface, player's in-game name, no suspicious overlays or third-party apps running in the foreground.
- The admin may request the full match recording at any time — partial recordings or clips that skip sections will be treated as evidence of cheating.
- If you cannot comply with the two-device verification process, the simplest solution is to come to campus and play in front of us. No recording requirement for on-campus players.
🚫 Conduct & Fair Play
- Use of hacks, cheats, modded APKs, wall hacks, aimbots, or any third-party tools is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate permanent disqualification and ban from future events.
- Teaming (cooperating with opposing squads mid-match) is not allowed and considered cheating.
- Toxic behaviour, harassment, abusive language, or threats directed at other players or organizers will result in immediate disqualification and potential reporting.
- No-shows without prior notice will be disqualified and the entry fee forfeited. If you cannot participate, inform the admin at least 1 hour before your scheduled match.
- A screenshot of the end-game results screen is mandatory after each match. Failure to submit may invalidate your match result.
- Intentional disconnection, match throwing, or sabotaging your own team to affect standings will result in disqualification.
- Any attempt to bribe, intimidate, or influence admin decisions will result in disqualification from the tournament.
🏆 Scoring & Points
- Points are calculated as: Placement Points + Kill Points per match.
- Kill points: +1 point per kill, with no cap on kills per match.
- Placement points: 1st=15, 2nd=12, 3rd=10, 4th=8, 5th=6, 6th=5, 7th–9th=4, 10th=3, 11th+=2.
- Final standings are determined by cumulative total points across all completed matches.
- In the event of a points tie, the team/player with the higher total kills across all matches advances. If kills are also tied, the admin's decision is final.
- Points are only awarded for verified, completed matches. Abandoned or incomplete matches may not count toward standings.
- Prize distribution details will be announced on event day by the organizer.
🔒 Registration & Payment
- Registration is only confirmed after the admin manually verifies your UPI payment using the UTR / Transaction ID provided.
- Your ticket and QR code are only unlocked after payment verification. Unverified registrations will not receive a slot.
- Entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament has begun, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.
- Registrations close when slots are full. Keep an eye on the live slot counter — no waitlist is maintained.
- Any registration with false or incorrect information (wrong UID, fake team name, etc.) will be disqualified without refund.
